What is an easy hunt? Any animal that doesn't run away certainly qualifies. There are many captive hunting operations, known as hunting preserves or game ranches, that offer hunters opportunities to hunt animals they wouldn't normally be able to hunt in the wild. Usually, these animals have been hand fed and raised and no longer have the natural instinct to run away from the most dangerous hunters - man. While some people dislike the idea of captive game operations, many see it as an opportunity to bag an animal that they would never have had otherwise.
There are plenty of other things that are easy to hunt, as well as new techniques to make hunting better. Deer are probably the most popular animals to hunt, and while they can be elusive, they can also be baited. Basically, you can put out food to attract the deer, then kill them while they are eating. There's really no advanced skill involved, just knowledge of how to shoot a gun or bow. For those who don't want to go out and search for game, this would be a good idea.
Some other easy animals are rodents. These include squirrel, rabbits, and ground hogs. With the abundance of these animals, they are plentiful and easy to find. Hunting these animals helps to keep their numbers down, since otherwise they would overrun some areas. Some of their natural predators have been killed and are no longer a threat, so this might be the only way to keep them under control.
