Loon Lake Lodge in Reedsport, Oregon has great cabins for meals and rest. Here you can hunt for deer and elk. If you are looking for different ways to camp for example, tent, RV or a resort atmosphere, you may want to go to Mountain Creek Campground in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Their specialty is the white tail deer.
Eleven Mile State Park in Colorado has big game hunting, small game hunting and waterfowl hunting available. You can set up your base camp. You will find bear, deer, elk and mountain lion for the big game hunter. The small game hunter will find an abundance of jackrabbits, cottontail rabbits and coyote. Their waterfowl include mallards, teal, goldeneyes, widgeons and gadwalls.
Lake Georgetown in Texas offers special archery only areas in the Hunt Hollow Management Area. Their small game hunting includes doves, waterfowl, rabbits and squirrels. In order to control the population, hunting for hogs, exotics, and white-tailed deer is also permitted.
Hunters must apply for a Lake Georgetown Archery permit. They are required to attend a proficiency test to show their skill in using the equipment. Their accuracy will be graded. Because the amount of permits is limited only those receiving the highest scores will be issued permits.
