He will have to ask land owners for permission to hunt on their property. Land owners do not mind if you hunt, as long as you ask. When you are going out to hunt, let the land owner know, because there just might be others hunting too.
An easy hunt consists of having a good buddy to share the experience with, good equipment, proper clothing, a sunny day, and a place to go.
