Hunting Parks in the USA

There are many hunting parks in the United States. Every state has one. Hunting is permitted within the park's boundaries with a valid hunting permit and during legal hunting season. Each park in the USA has different rules. Some of them are close to the same. Hunting, stalking and killing of animals has been an American tradition for many years. Today it has became a sport. Less than seven percent of the U.S. Population hunts. Hunting is permitted on 60 percent of U.S. Wildlife refuges and many national forests and state parks.

In order to hunting on a wildlife refuge, a hunting permit got to be issued. To get a hunting permit you got to call the hunting park that you are trying to go to. Once you have called the park of your choice, information about the park and a form to be filled out will be mailed to you. Once when you get the form information you only have a number of days to return it. Once when you return the form, the name of the person or persons will be drawn. Once when your name is drawn, a letter will be mailed out to you. On the letter it will tell you how much the permit cost and the due date. When you pay the money the permit will be mailed to you.

Hunting rules and regulations are very strict in hunting parks. It is a lot different than hunting away from a park. There are some restricted areas that require close attention. Be sure to read all the information carefully before your hunt in order to have a good and safe hunt.
