There are many things that can make a hunt easy, and what may be an easy hunt for one may not be for another. Some things that can make a hunt easy are: the location of the hunt and the type of game being hunted, the weapon used, and additional equipment. If you can walk out your back door and be in a good hunting location, that's an easy hunt.
Weapon choice can also affect how hard or easy a hunt can be. Hunting game with a pistol is considerably harder than using a bow and arrow. The easiest weapon for hunting is a shotgun. Used properly, a shotgun can cleanly take small game and birds. The sight system on most shotguns is very simple: a bead at the muzzle end of the weapon and a flat sighting plane over the receiver. Just put the bead on top of the sighting plane while covering the spot where you want to center your shot pattern, flip the safety off and slowly squeeze the trigger. The shot pattern spreads out, giving you a better chance to hit what you are shooting at.
Equipment other than the weapon can make your hunt easier. The proper clothing can keep you comfortable. A canteen will keep you hydrated. A handheld GPS unit makes it easier to get to and from a good hunting spot. A tree stand gets you up above the game, and, if it is enclosed, it will keep you warm and dry.
As you can see, there are many things that you can use to make your hunt easier. What you can afford or choose to use is up to you.
